Mobilinx is the constructor for an 18-kilometer, 19-stop light rail line along one of Mississauga’s busiest suburban streets. Throughout densely populated and diverse neighborhoods and amid demanding timelines, our strategic approach ensured that every resident, business, and elected official was informed and engaged throughout all phases of construction.
We supported Mobilinx by leading all community relations initiatives with a dedicated team of experts. Our comprehensive community relations strategy included direct mail newsletters, timely construction notice mail drops, geo-targeted digital advertising, social media engagement, as well as out-of-home and radio advertising to maximize reach and transparency.
To further strengthen connections, we went beyond conventional strategies by regularly engaging businesses and community members through sidewalk meetings, targeted canvassing, and custom signage to support local merchants affected by construction activities. Our robust, multi-pronged complaint response system incorporated proactive measures, real-time tracking, and ongoing dialogue to address concerns and maintain trust with all stakeholders.
